Soup Kitchen

The Soup Kitchen was designed to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Between 30– 40 meals are served in Ryberg Hall each Monday and Thursday afternoon from 4:45 – 5:45 pm. The Soup Kitchen also provides about 100+ take out plates for those who cannot physically travel to the church. We also serve meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Contact Person is Anesha Johnson (934.1601) and Sybil Edwards (934.4972)

Jesus said “…and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

This is truly a mission blessed by our Lord. Many wonderful stories have been told about how God has changed lives.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest field.” Matthew 9:37 Is God asking you to come and work in His field? Listen to the Holy Spirit and pray for direction as to how you can work as a missionary in our Soup Kitchen. It is the greatest honor of all to work for the master.
