IN
CONCERT
Make plans to join us Wednesday, March 24th at
7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary for a concert by Snyder
Memorial Youth Choir. This choir has 90 members
and has traveled to Trinidad on a Mission Trip,
led worship at the 2009 CBF NC General Assembly
and has toured their concerts throughout the Southeastern
United States. The concert will end by 7:45 p.m.
CALL TO PRAYER
Matthew 14:16 "They need not go away; you
give them something to eat"
The disciples were tired and hungry and they wanted
to dismiss all the people that had followed Jesus,
and go somewhere to get something to eat, and
to rest; Instead, Jesus told them to give them
something to eat. Can you imagine - 5000 people
+ women and children to be fed, and it was late
in the day, and they had no food, only a small
boy with a basket of five loaves and two fish.
But Jesus fed them all, and had left overs.
Every miracle begins with one person making a
gift of the best that he can offer. Jesus takes
it and blesses it. All that Jesus asks is the
best that we can offer. When we give our best,
we then can expect a miracle. Would you expect
God's grace to work in and through you, and in
and through others in our fellowship at First
Baptist to accomplish more than you ever imagined.
Prayer: "Lord, with your blessing and Your
grace, multiply my gifts to make more difference
than I ever imagined." Submitted by Leadership
Prayer Team, FBC
