CALL TO PRAYER
Romans 6:23 "The wages of sin is death, but
the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ
Jesus our Lord."
We do not earn God's love, God's love is a free
gift to all who will accept it by faith. Nothing
we do will make God love us any more or any less.
He loves us not because of who we are, but because
of who He is. We think of giving gifts at Christmas,
but during this passion week, we think of how
Jesus gave himself for us on the Cross at Calvary.
He died that we might live. It is the MESSAGE
we are called to take to the world.
We have been given an opportunity to serve him
in a greater way as we get the Smithfield Herald
building ready to be a place of ministry to honor
HIS Name. Consider what you will give to make
it happen. It must come from a heart surrendered
to Him.
Prayer: "Lord, each and every gift makes
a difference to my church. Teach me to give in
ways that actually make a difference in my life,
and to honor you as Lord." Submitted by the
"Leadership Prayer Team"
ATTENTION YOUTH…
FBC Youth Group will NOT meet this Sunday, April
4th. Enjoy Easter Sunday with your family.

Church will be going throughout the community
to spread God’s love and to fulfill God’s
command to share the Gospel. Let’s commit
to pray for this project and to ask God for His
guidance, provision, and empowerment.
• Pray that God will open our eyes to see
those in need as we do team planning. (Acts 8:26-36)

prepare the hearts of those with whom we come
in contact. (Col. 4:2-3)
