WORLD HUNGER DAY OCTOBER 7 – 14
North Carolina Baptists have been among the most generous of Baptists ever since we started giving to World Hunger in the 70’s. Yet our gifts continue to average well under a dollar per Baptist for the entire year. There are many opportunities for ministries, and the need for funds have increased. We should shoulder more of the burden of the hungry. Our church can make a difference, helping some of the world’s hungry people to have food and to know the Lord, whose love motivates us to share. Remember, “Inasmuch as you have done it unto the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me.” Matthew 25:40.
