Thank you for your continued support of First Baptist Church and its ministries to continue God’s work.  “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said:  ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”  (Acts 20:35)

THANK YOUS
We would like to thank everyone for your expressions of sympathy during the loss of our loved one, Frank Creech.  It is comforting to know we have a loving church family who will continue to pray for us, especially during the holiday season.  Kay Creech, Frank and Sherri Creech, Georgeanna and Jeff West.

I am a little behind sending out a thank you for the financial support received for my latest Mission Trip to Honduras.  Through your generosity many received proper medications and we did not turn anyone away due to no medication.  We treated a little over 1400 adults, children and babies.  Again, thank you.  Your love and prayers were felt while I was away.  May our Lord have all the glory!  Anesha Johnson

SENIOR PROJECT
Hi, my name is Sidney Brannan.  I am a member of the youth group here at First Baptist Church.  I would like to ask for your help with my senior project.  My project is based on child abuse.  I am colleting items such as stuffed animals, school supplies, and clothing to donate to Tri-County Clothes Closet.  Once donated, these items are picked up and taken to children and families who suffer from things such as child abuse.  There is a donation box in the church office and I will be picking up any donated items over the next several weeks.  If you have any questions please call me at 915-1311.  Thank you so much for your help and support with my senior project.
