And I also say unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.

PLEASE HELP
FBC Church Family, I am working on my Girl Scout Gold Award. I am assembling Layette Kits for new Moms in the Gulfport, Mississippi area. Because of the destructive hurricanes last year people lost everything. They are putting their lives back together and many don’t have the resources to provide small necessities for their newborns. The kits include the following:

  • 6 cloth diapers
  • 2 shirts or 2 one-piece body suits
  • 2 baby washcloths
  • 2 gowns or sleepers
  • 2 diaper pins
  • 1 sweater open in the front
  • 2 receiving blankets

If you would like to donate items there will be collection boxes in the church office. These kits will be delivered during the Youth Mission Trip this summer to Gulfport. Please help me make the beginning of little lives a little brighter. Anna Campbell
