Weekday Early Education Director

(Part-Time)

The Weekday Early Education (WEE) Director at First Baptist Church Smithfield leads the day-to-day operations of the preschool program, serving children through engaging programming and events Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to influence young lives while building strong relationships with teachers, teacher assistants, and families. Preference will be given to candidates with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, along with experience as a preschool teacher and/or supervisor. Equivalent combinations of certifications, experiences, and trainings will also be considered.
